Consumers National Bank To Open Full-Service Branch At Town Park Center in Green

Minerva, Ohio–Consumers National Bank announced today that it has received approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) for its application to operate a new full-service branch office in Town Park Center at 4086 Massillon Road, Green, Ohio. The approval marks the bank’s second branch office in Summit County and the 19th branch in its network. Consumers National Bank anticipates that banking operations at the new Green Town Park Center location will begin in spring of 2021.

“We are very excited to bring Community banking to the residents and businesses in Green and southern Summit County. Green is a growing market and the location at Town Park Center provides an opportunity to provide retail, commercial, and residential banking services in a high-traffic corridor. The area at large contains a great mix of housing, businesses, retail, manufacturing, and recreational and entertainment facilities. Located near City Hall, the branch will be close to the schools and other community institutions,” said Ralph J. Lober II, President and CEO of Consumers National Bank. “As Green residents have not had access to community banking for fifteen years, we look forward to showing them how Consumers brand of banking can make a difference,” he added.

In addition to a Relationship Manager and staff of Relationship Bankers, the new office will include in-market commercial, mortgage, and consumer lenders mortgage originator, commercial lender, and additional offices, and conference room. The branch will also offer drive-thru banking services including an enhanced deposit ATM, and night depository.

“Being very close to the Stark/Summit County line, this new location fills in a gap in our service area and will provide additional access to the bank’s existing Jackson, North Canton, and Lake Township area customers. We look forward to bringing the Consumers National Bank style of community banking service to Green,” said Derek Williams, SVP, Retail Sales & Operations of Consumers National Bank.

“Adding a highly respected bank and financial institution to our community offers our businesses and residents more options for their financial needs,” said Green Mayor Gerard Neugebauer. “We welcome Consumers National Bank to the city of Green.”
