CONSUMERS NATIONAL BANK CUTS RIBBON ON NEW MASSILLON BRANCH

Minerva, Ohio—Consumers National Bank announced today that it has opened a new full-service branch at 2117 Lincoln Way E in Massillon, Ohio. The new location marks the bank’s ninth location in Stark County and the 22nd branch in its network.

“Opening this new office in Massillon enables Consumers National Bank to serve new and existing personal, business, and agricultural customers in the Massillon/Perry communities. By building a new office in Massillon, we are demonstrating our commitment to invest in communities and bring more convenient access to our growing customer base. Partnering with Minerva’s Studer Architects and Massillon-based RBS General Contracting on the design
and build made this project extremely local for us,” said Ralph J. Lober, II, president and CEO of Consumers National Bank.

Three full-time employees will staff the new location. Lacey Kintz, the new Massillon Branch Relationship Manager, has many years of banking experience. As an experienced Consumers banker and area native, she brings knowledge of the bank and the local market to her position. “I am very excited to work with my neighbors and local businesses. As a local community bank, Consumers National Bank will provide the personalized customer service
that Massillon residents will appreciate,” said Kintz.

The Massillon facility includes a traditional bank lobby, two drive-up teller lanes, enhanced functionality drive-up ATM, and night depository. In addition to the full-time staff, the office provides office space for Business Banker, Rich Hoy, Mortgage Originator, Laurie Corbit, and Financial Advisor, Jeff Spicer.

“We look forward to expanding access to our unique brand of community banking and to building new personal and business banking relationships out of our Massillon branch. We intend to make a difference in Massillon and the surrounding communities,” said Lober.

Consumers National Bank was established by local business people in Minerva, Ohio, in 1965. Since that time, the bank has expanded beyond Stark to Carroll, Columbiana, Jefferson, Mahoning, and Summit counties taking its philosophy of community banking and knowledgeable, personalized service to these markets. The bank, now at $1.1 billion in assets, is the largest community bank headquartered in the five-county area in which it has branches.
