CONSUMERS NATIONAL BANK ADDS FOUR TO SUMMIT COUNTY SALES TEAM

Minerva, Ohio–Consumers National Bank announced today that it has recently added four new members to its Summit County sales team, including Treasury Management Specialist Kevin Cioppa; Business Banker Sean Dockery; Dealer Lending Representative Rob Nickschinski; and Mortgage Loan Originator Scott Peters. These additions to staff reflect the bank’s commitment to Summit County and continuing its tradition of delivering exceptional service to both business and personal clients.

Kevin Cioppa, Treasury Management Specialist

Kevin Cioppa has over 20 years of experience in financial services including management and bank analyst roles at a regional bank. In his new position, Cioppa will be responsible for assisting businesses with their treasury management needs including payroll processing and remote deposit capabilities, sweep accounts, merchant card processing, and Positive Pay that helps small businesses detect and prevent fraud. Cioppa is a graduate of John Carroll University and resides in Cuyahoga Falls. He will report to Senior Vice President of Retail Sales and Operations, Derek Williams and will be based in the bank’s Hartville office.

Sean Dockery, Business Banker

Sean Dockery began his banking career as a Secured Credit Analyst of construction and asset-based loans where he gained experience in loan underwriting, financial analysis, and risk assessment. In his new role as a Business Banker, Dockery will put his knowledge of credit to work for commercial loan clients and counsel them on the application and benefits of commercial real estate, construction, equipment, term, and SBA loans. He is a graduate of Kent State University where he earned a degree in Business Administration and has completed formal commercial business underwriting training. Dockery is a volunteer for the American Cancer Society through the Real Men Wear Pink Foundation and has coached sports at local high schools.  He will report to Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer, Scott Dodds and will be based in the bank’s Green office. He lives in Rootstown.

Rob Nickschinski, Dealership Lending Representative

Rob Nickschinski is an automotive industry veteran including experience with automotive trade publishing, auto credit management, and indirect lending. In his new role, he will assist the assistant vice president of Indirect Dealer Relations, Steve Paidas, with the expansion of the bank’s indirect lending relationships in northeast Ohio. Nickschinski graduated from the University of Akron where he earned his Bachelor of Business and Organizational Communication degree. He resides in Mentor and volunteers with the Ohio Travel Baseball organization on various fundraising events.

Scott Peters, Mortgage Loan Originator

Scott Peters has nearly 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry where he gained a deep understanding of home and property lending. During that time, he has developed relationships with hundreds of clients by educating them about and assisting them with their mortgage loan options. In his role at Consumers, he will match borrowers with the mortgage and home equity products that meet their specific needs.  Peters is a graduate of Lakeland Community College. He lives in Strongsville and will work out of the bank’s Fairlawn and Green offices. Peters will report to Dan Eshler, Vice President, Mortgage Division Manager.
