Did you know - if your business has 500 employees or less, you may qualify for Small Business Administration (SBA) resources? It’s true. An SBA loan might be the best way for you access cash or secure funding to propel your business forward.

The SBA is a United States government agency that provides loans or startup money, educational information, grants and other assistance to small businesses and entrepreneurs. The SBA is a vital tool in helping businesses - and communities - prosper.

As of April 2021, Consumers National Bank has received 5 Top Community Bank Lender awards from the SBA. You can count on us to be your experienced partner and guide you through the SBA lending process.

SBA 504 Loans and SBA 7(a) Loans

Consumers National Bank is also an ongoing award-winning provider of SBA Express loans, 7(a) loans and works with local Community Development Centers in issuing SBA 504 loans. SBA loans offer financing options with lower down payments than traditional loans. Some business owners who don’t qualify for a traditional loan may be eligible for an SBA loan.

SBA 504 loans provide financing at below-market interest rates to purchase fixed assets, such as commercial real estate, equipment, and machinery or for new construction and/or building improvements.

SBA 7(a) and Express loans offer general purpose financing; such as buying or expanding a business, building or buying commercial real estate, to make improvements on leased buildings, purchase inventory or equipment or refinance existing business debt and obtain working capital.

SBA Preferred Lender

When using a bank for SBA financing, there are many benefits to using an SBA Preferred Lender, such as Consumers National Bank.

Banks with the preferred lender designation can make local lending decisions, which streamlines the lending process. You’ll get quicker answers and close your loan faster.

Our experienced award-winning team at Consumers National Bank understands all facets of SBA lending, so we can help you consider SBA lending options.

With the variety of small business administration resources and tools available, exploring what they can do for your business is a smart step. Contact us today to discuss SBA lending options.
